Community Guidelines

Hayloft supports fictional character conversations, original characters, fandom-inspired roleplay, storytelling, and imagined scenes. Characters are AI-generated fictional interactions, not real people.

Hayloft is intended for users 18 and older. Mature fictional themes may be allowed where permitted by law, platform rules, and Hayloft safety rules. Mature content must never involve minors, underage characters, or characters presented as under 18.

Do not create, request, publish, or use Hayloft for:

• Sexual content involving minors, underage characters, or characters presented as under 18.
• Grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, blackmail, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Sexualized real-person content, including sexual content involving celebrities, public figures, private people, or people presented as real.
• Content that attempts to evade age, NSFW, or safety restrictions.

Do not impersonate real people in a misleading way, sexualize real people, dox anyone, harass or threaten people, encourage targeted abuse, or create content designed to humiliate, exploit, or intimidate a real person or protected group.

Do not use Hayloft to request or provide instructions for real-world self-harm, suicide, violence, abuse, weapons misuse, evading law enforcement, illegal activity, or dangerous wrongdoing. Hayloft may provide supportive resources when users mention self-harm or crisis language.

Do not create or share hateful, dehumanizing, exploitative, abusive, or discriminatory content targeting people based on protected or sensitive traits. Do not use Hayloft to organize abuse, manipulate people, or promote extremist violence.

Do not upload or publish content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, rights of publicity, privacy rights, personality rights, or other legal rights. Rights holders can use the Copyright/IP Policy or email support@hayloftai.com.

Public characters, bots, avatars, descriptions, tags, and opening scenes may be reviewed, restricted, made private, removed, or excluded from discovery if they violate these guidelines, receive a valid complaint, create safety risk, or are unsuitable for public distribution.

Hayloft may enforce these rules even if content is private where needed for safety, legal compliance, moderation, support, security, abuse prevention, payment disputes, or responding to user reports.

You can report characters, profiles, messages, or content in-app where reporting tools are available or by emailing support@hayloftai.com. Hayloft may warn users, remove content, restrict features, make content private, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or take other action at our discretion.
